For those of you who have been reading the message boards, I recently began c25k. I am doing it on M/W/F so I have tomorrow left in week one. I'm finding it to be very hard and tiring, but hey, that's running for ya! I feel great once I'm done, but actually getting through it is tough. Next week the running part increases and I'm really worried about it, but I know that I can slow down if necessary. I purposely didn't sign up for a 5k yet because I want to make sure that I know I can do it first. Anyone else working on c25k?
I've been looking at a lot of people's blogs and progress pics and it is just so inspirational. I have lost a little over 10lbs now and personally, I don't think it's noticable. My coworkers have said that my face looks thinner, but since I look at it everyday in the mirror, I don't really notice! But hey, I'll take any compliments I can get!
I made a WW recipe the other day as an appetizer for my boyfriend and I before dinner. It didn't even taste "diety" and the boyfriend at them all up. Here it is:

Bean and Cheese Nachos (picture from WW website)
*32 item(s) baked low-fat tortilla chips
*1 cup(s) fat-free canned refried beans
*1/2 cup(s) shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
*1/4 cup(s) salsa
*Preheat oven to 350ºF. Layer tortilla chips on an ovenproof platter or baking sheet.
*Spread beans evenly over chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until beans are hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with salsa. Yields about 8 chips per serving.
I cut the recipe in half considering there was only 2 of us, and didn't use the salsa. They were still really good though!
So I'll end this post with my plan for this week: continue with c25k, try to limit the sodium, drink tons of water, and not use my weeklies. I know everyone suggests to use them, but I want to see how successful I am without using them for a week. Let's see if I can do it!
