So I am in a new city with new people and really want to start a new me! I joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago and am already having great success. This journal is going to be a log of my journey as I attempt to reach my goal: 150lbs, size 8 pants. If you couldn't tell from my website, I am currently a 16 (sometimes too tight, yikes!) and am so ready to shed those inches!
I will usually be updating once a week, after weigh-ins which are on Wednesdays. I'll try to include any yummy recipes I've come across, favorite websites, or great new restaurants that I have tried. I'll also keep you readers informed of losses and gains in my weight. Pictures too, I'm not embarrassed!!
